Nicole Ippoliti, MPH
Nicole Ippoliti is a philanthropic advisor and founder of Bitton Global Advisory (BGA). At BGA, we specialize in harnessing data-driven strategies to mobilize capital for gender-equitable climate solutions. BGA partners with today’s leading global foundations, social impact funds, high-net-worth individuals, and donor-advised funds to develop strategy and deploy capital toward gender-equitable climate innovations. We prioritize solutions that deliver dual (or multi!) returns by advancing climate resilience alongside health, economic, education, and gender-equality outcomes.
We support funders in moving from intention to impact through strategic portfolio design, landscape analysis, and donor learning. This includes convening funder collaboratives, facilitating cross-sector dialogues, and advising on opportunities to integrate climate into gender, health, and systems change portfolios.
Previously, Nicole was the founding partner and Technical Director at YLabs, where she led the organization’s growth from a two-person start-up to a globally recognized leader in youth-driven innovation. At YLabs, she and her team launched and directed a global funder community of practice, which has over 45 member organizations and has mobilized over $80 million in funding for climate resilience and women’s health initiatives.
Multilingual in French, Spanish, and English, Nicole has lived and worked across 14 countries in Central America, Southeast Asia, sub-Saharan Africa, and the U.S. She holds an MPH from UNC Chapel Hill, specializing in maternal and child health. Her research has been published in the following journals: Nature Medicine, Journal of Adolescent Health, Pediatrics, among others.
At BGA, we believe that unlocking systems change requires courageous philanthropy, catalytic capital, and a willingness to rethink how, and with whom, we invest. If that sounds intriguing, then let’s boogie.
